<OT> Windows DVD backup ...

What I am wanting to do is backup the hard disk nightly
to a DVD on a Windows XP Pro machine. It is used as a server
for a dental clinic.

I am not wanting to backup the WHOLE hard disk, just Dental
application and some other shared directories. This needs to
run in the Windows Scheduler sub-system.

For backing the WHOLE disk we have a external USB Seagate
500GB  setup that gets run every Friday Night.
