  MSI K8N Neo V2.0 w AMD64 3000+ & 2g memory.  The power Supply is new, 550 watt
and with the new round cables style.

  I have tried that, and still did not make it all the way thru. I have even 
tried to install M$ XP pro and this will not completely install on a hard drive.
I may have a mobo board problem or memory problem that may requires HW detecting
on my part. I have a new software contract starting Monday, this will require
waiting for night time or weekend work time. My M$ XP Pro hard drive gave out,
good thing it is under Samsung warranty, I have to get an RMA # for it and then
ship it.
