Not too surprising.During the transition to 2.6 kernels,mplayer failed
to work at all over many dot releases. But then, why does WinXP have
problems also?

Doesn't help here - still fails after10x reloads.

Thanks for the workaround, but I'm not that crazy about trailers. I'll
just wait for mplayer to get it right.
