It's hard for me to tell just what part Tom Delay plays in all of this.  Other 
than a statement that "he is against govmt waste and was keen to back our 
Anti-Linux campaign", there's nothing more said about him.   This is all 
unsubstantiated and I guess based on the rest of the article, Delay could 
give a whit about Linux  -  if he even knows what it is.

Not defending Delay for anything...  just don't see where he fits into this.
