But when this is all done, does the average schmo still have to wave 
chicken feet over the box to decide if a sound card is going to work out 
of the box, or a graphics card or printer, or an app that they've just 
installed last week is now "broken" because the latest and greatest 
release of the distro now has some different libraries than last weeks 
latest and greatest release?
