I have a request for a Linux admin and a person who knows the linux kernel.
Here is the kernel description:
Linux Kernel Guru
Location:  Dallas, TX area

Company
o	Top executive management with startup success
o	Top level Venture Capital firm backing, Series A funding
o	One deployment in place, paying customer.
o	Through past success have strong contacts with service provider firms
o	Defining a new technology with strong market potential, 
pushing the envelope
o	Excellent technical team

Position
Work with a team of engineers to modify and enhance the Linux kernel 
for an embedded Linux appliance.  For example: 
o	Write, debug, and test device drivers (network, SATA, RTC, 
encryption, TCP offload etc.) 
o	Performance measurement, optimization, enhancement of key 
components in the data plane. 
o	Work with team in designing wire-speed, deep-packet 
inspection software modules.

Qualifications 
o	Requires exceptional C programming abilities.
o	Must be able to write, modify, port device drivers (RTC, 
Network, SATA, etc.)
o	Knowledge of Linux kernel bootstrap for embedded systems - 
especially MIPS CPU. 
o	Experience in security technologies (PKI, SSL, etc.) and 
vulnerabilities.
o	Expert knowledge of network layer and networking APIs (kernel mode).
o	Possess expertise with TCP/IP at the protocol level as well 
as its usage ("Socket API"). 
o	Strong background with IPSec, IPv6, Ethernet, technologies 
(implementation, enhancement, debugging etc.)
o	Ability to design and implement new APIs for communication 
with user space applications.
o	Good working knowledge of Debian Linux.
o	Proven problem solving ability.
o	Need an independent worker (self-motivated & self-learner) 
able to function when requirements are poorly defined, changing 
frequently or absent.  If requirements ill defined, must possess 
ability to document requirements concisely.
o	Requires ability to communicate technical ideas in a clear 
and unambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly 
non-technical) personnel.

Linux Network & System Administrator,
Location:  Dallas, TX area

Company

Position
Support geographically distributed Linux developers and maintain a 
small Linux office installation. 

Qualifications
o	Requires strong Linux system administration skills (esp. Debian Linux) 
o	Possess capability to assist Linux developers in setting up 
their developer workstations and test frameworks for unit testing, 
performance testing, etc. 
o	Excellent knowledge of Linux tools such as SVN, apache, Tomcat, etc. 
o	Thorough knowledge of groupware tools such as OpenExchange, TRAC, etc. 
o	Experience setting up LAN and WAN environments - routing, 
networking, Samba, NFS, NIS, LDAP, DNS, DHCP etc. 
o	Hands on knowledge of iptables, ebtables, (firewall) as well 
as Asterix IP-PBX, VoIP.
o	Must be able to setup, maintain, and support multiple network 
test-beds (isolated test sandboxes) 
o	Good knowledge of intrusion detection, prevention, tools, 
etc.; must be able to setup, configure and deploy state-of-the-art 
tools such as BRO, Snort, etc. 
o	Must have ability to present ideas, problems and resolution 
in a clear and unambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly 
non-technical) personnel
