<ot> perl hackery needed

If anyone here feels brave enough to volunteer for a small perl project for 
me, please contact me OFF list. For anyone who actually knows perl, it should 
be 90 minutes of effort at the outside.. I have a working script to base the 
new one off of and can provide all kinds of details. I just need the one 
script, nothing complex.
