FWIW: Linux COBOL Compilers Available are:

Acucobol 	- http://www.acucobol.com
Fujitsu Cobol	- http://www.adtools.com   (weird URL for a cobol compiler ;-> )
Ryan McFarland	- http://www.liant.com/
Micro Focus 	- http://www.microfocus.com (My Favorite COBOL flavour)
Kobol		- http://www.thekompany.com (Converts the code to C++,
		  then compiles the C++ code).

Most of the afore mentioned ones use their own propreitary ISAM
file managers.

Then there is the FOSS Projects:

GNU Cobol II,
Tiny Cobol,

And some other odd ball ones.
