Booklet / Brochure Printing

I have just spent 3 hrs trying to print a booklet from Word 2003 using a
manual duplex... Finally giving up and looking at support.microsoft.com it
tells me that it's a bug that their answer is to use a duplexe capable
printer...

So I fire up OpenOffice 2.0. 5 minutes of reading help and I have a
printed brochure....

Suppose that's just a start for what is going to happen in the future as
all these OSS products mature....
