We use phpwiki but mediawiki is also very popular.

Mailman is for mailing lists only. Forum to me means "like a bulletin
board", is that what you meant? - PHPBB is very popular however I recently
discovered something nicer: http://getvanilla.com/

We dont use one but Im planning on maybe using something like
SimpleTicket:
