WIKI and collaboration software ...

Any suggestion on a WIKI server and some collaboration
software?

I need to implement a WIKI server and then on the same machine a
place to store "Help Desk" type server.

I need also, to have a "forum" going as well (MailMan perhaps?).

Also, is there in along with this, some sort of "trouble ticket"
entry system.
