A major piece of this puzzle would be to turn the government
schools into places were children are actually educated and
taught skills necessary to become self-sufficient, indepenent
adults instead of indoctrination centers as described in Orwell's
Novel ``Animal Farm''.

Another piece would be to eliminate the government jobs program,
aka the ``War on Drugs'', which serves to build the Prison
Industry, feeds corruption at all levels, and makes drugs
available because of the large profits involved.
