Gentlemen & few Ladies, occasionally, 
I'm a director on the board of the local water company.  Not even big
enough to qualify for SMB, and we just acquired $30,000.00 from the USFS
for use of our park for fire fighters fighting a local forest fire.  We
have 3 computers in the office, a new Dell, one and a half years old,
and 2 old (5 or 6 yrs.) Gateways. I hear the talk about Dell going to
Hell (Longfellow?).  I think it was Collins that recommended a brand a
couple of weeks ago, but I can't 'member?  Any way, we are planning on
buying 2 replacements.  We have wired-in networks so we don't need,
prolly don't want wireless network, and have a DSL hook up to the local
telephone company.  I'm afraid I'm never going to get these folks to run
anything but Microcrap.  Typical small town, "We've never done that
before"!  What is the consensus of this esteemed group for these two
replacements?  Your recommendation will carry a lot of weight.
