I know that. I watch the blood sugars and anything above 200 I hit
myself with a shot. 

It's the damn Reese's. I stuff a couple of them in, like the Bridesmaid
that knows the truth, and have to check an hour or so later. Eating a
pile of ribs or brisket, little enough effect... as long as I lay off
the potato salad or sugared BBQ sauce.
