True, but that is taught in "Assertiveness" classes so you don't say
"You should..." which is considered aggressive, unless asked for as a
professional opinion, as you said.
I have to watch myself and preface with "From my perspectives," as I
have been a very aggressive ass-hole. Maybe that guy is in aggression
recovery as well, most former Marketing types are or 'should be', from
my own professional opinion and perspectives...
