I love the IBM Thinkpad T23 I picked up last semester.  The graphics 
aren't as good, and I needed to add a wireless card (Orinoco Gold 
Classic)  SuSE picked up every button on the box, and it just works.  Of 
course I bumped the RAM to 1 GB and threw in a 80 GB drive.  I paid just 
under $500.00 for the frame.
