What you describe, apart from having your own wells, is the identical
situatuion here in Oz, as to pricing. We do have oil, however most was
capped off in the sixties/seventies. Believe it to be machine grade oil
as opposed to crude, on the otherhand we do have shale oil but it too is
capped.
