Thanks, Keith. That's exactly what I am doing right now. Several times I
found out that "broke" means "out of paper" :( but today the status shows
READY, tcpdump shows printjobs were sent to the printers normally, print
jobs did disappear from the print queue, but they still said there is no
output. And they also said they were looking to the correct printer.
