I **HIGHLY** (a little structured text eh :-)  recommend Andy McKay's book
``The Definitive Guide to Plone''.  It is very well done with good
examples, and logical explanations of how to work with Plone.

I did a presentation to the Seattle Unix Group shortly after convering
their web site to Plone last year.  This gives some basics.
