CMS recommendations?

Mambo is pretty popular (mainly because it has a complete backend ready to
go out of the box). We have built several ecommerce sites based on Mambo
(with the mambo-phpshop plugin component). It uses AMP (Apache, MySQL PHP)
Im afraid.

I have also played with Drupal and a few others but none are as easy as
Mambo. If you want something more like a framework with a minimal backend
I would look at Xaraya.

If you want blogs, look at WordPress or b2evolution (botnh have very nice
backends).
