Ive not seen any client-based CMS systems (except perhaps very expensive
software like Vignette). (Ive used a *lot* of CMS packages).
Ive worked on a few sites that use Mambo. I can run a local copy of Mambo
on my iBook quite easily (it uses MySQL and PHP), so you can do local
updates and test before uploading the database and files to the
production server. This is a possibility perhaps?
