Yes, I also have SBC!Yahoo -- before that I had PacBell DSL.  I have never
had the slightest interest in dialup since the first day.  The only problems
have been the death of DSL modems, but now I have a spare.

I pay for the upgrade to "enhanced" so that it costs about $65/mo, for
which I get 5 static IPs, and a modest multiplier on data rates.
