Hardware upgrade

I'd probably opt for the Radeon card simply because ATI plays nicer with
FOSS than NVIDIA. Other than that, I'd get more RAM. Given the cost of RAM
these days, it's probably the best single upgrade you can buy in terms of
the performance:cost ratio.
