Hardware upgrade

I've finally decided to upgrade my K2-300 to a newer model.  The barebones 
system I am looking at has:

Case w/430 W PS
Asus MB - A7N8X
AMD XP 2700+
512 MB DDR400
7 in 1 card reader
Lite On CDRW 52/32/52
and a video card: 

MSI GEFORCE FX5200-TD 128MB DDR 8XAGP or
FX GEFORCE MX 4000 128MB DDR AGP 8X or
ABIT RADEON 9200SE-DT 128MB DDR 8XAGP

I have never purchased a system that wasn't already neatly packaged up.  I 
am looking for your opinion/experience with any piece of the proposed 
system and its ability to play nice with Linux.  As for the HD I have a 
30GB drive that I'm going to repartition and install Mandrake 9.1 fresh. 
Your opinions are appreciated.
