Been using Covad DSL thru a local ISP, toad.net, at work. It's been largely a 
good experience, but the ISP's growing pains over the past year or so have 
led to some service interruptions. Nothing major, though, excluding the fire 
in downtown Baltimore that knocked out service for a day and a half a while 
back.
