Mutt problem

I am assuming that it's mutt because thunderbird doesn't have this problem.

I have changed... one sec...
set encode_from = yes
set envelope_from = yes

which seems to have sent a -f to the postfix process to fix the problem or so I think

Not sure what I'm doing here really... but whatever works.
