Thanks for your comments Matt! Actually, the reason why I use RH/Fedora
is not for any "religious" reasons. The little corner of Asia where I
live and work has plenty of Windows administrators, but if you want to
go the Linux route, Red Hat is the only pragmatic choice, because most
Linux sysadmins here only know Red Hat/Fedora. I learned the hard way
that if you want to delegate administration to someone else so as to
focus on application development, you would be hard pressed to find a
Linux sysadmin comfortable in anything other than Red Hat.
And you're right -- choice is a wonderful thing to have ! I'd rather be
on TurboLinux or SpectraLinux, but other concerns have priority.
