eDesk 2.4 was pre-SCO.  I wouldn't mind having another box;  eDesk 2.4 
will set up a desktop work station on older systems (e.g. PI 166 with 64 
MB of RAM) and run nicely. (Of course, if you need USB it won't be 
useful.)  I "converted" a number of acquaintances to Linux with good old 
eDesk 2.4.
Hint: eDesk's COAS has limited printer drivers available, but its Webmin 
has more; I was able to set up my HP 1200 laser that way.   I still 
regard eDesk highly.
