Sure click on  Finder then click on Go in the menu, no go down to the
connect to server menu item and click there.  In the server address
box type the address of the FTP server for example ftp://myhost.com
if the server requires a password you will be prompted for the user name
and password.

You can also do ftp://username:password@host to log in as a specific 
user.
