Deleting dual boot XP partition

Have you solved this? When I want to delete a partition I boot knoppix
or a variant and use either gparted or qtparted. Seems to do the job. I
think you should be able to delete the xp partition, then move and
resize the linux partition(s).
Is that a rescue or restore disk? If restore it will return the machine
to original condition, but sometimes rescue just tries to fix what's
left. Could be a problem.
