Yup. They see colors other than red, green, and blue. They also
see dirt that doesn't exist.

I've been using a Nokia 445PRO 21in monitor for years, and have
been very happy with it.
We have a Dell P780 in the shop that I bought refurbished from Fry's a year
or so ago that's quite acceptable.
