Cold weather & printers

Yes, it is the Z4MPlus. This customer has three printers of this type. The
other two are located inisde the warehouse way far from the year and are
still working normally. 

They also reported that most of the batteries for their handheld devices
were not charged until they moved the batteries and chargers to some office.
I guess the low temprature, in this case, affects the chemicals inside the
batteries.
