Is this a Zebra label printer that uses thermal transfer films to print 
labels?  If so, the one that I used worked great, as long as the temp 
did not change too much.  Those things were _VERY_ dependent on the 
weather.  We finally had to position it in the warehouse office to keep 
it running year round.  Temperature could make a big difference to the 
fool thing.
