One gets frustrated with the people who can do something sitting on
their arses doing bugger all. However on the talkback radio just now
some one said well we have water for 3 years and it must rain soon: not
if we waste it and some are, and who knows if we will get rain, probable
but not certain in this country.
However we need torrential rain for 2 weeks to get the dams backup.
