Duhhh ....

Question: What do you call a consultant between projects ?
Answer  : Unemployed .....

I guess being <between projects> as of a lot here late has gotten my
mind all rattled.

Anyway, YES, one that serves to the GUI client, the MTA part, as sooooo
many have pointed me back to.

FWIW, I GOT the ok on the contract to go ahead and set one up!!!!
