Very easy to install. You can install as little or as much as you want.

I also found that an imapd proxy makes support for multiple domains
easiest.

BTW, I assumed that you meant the user GUI access for reading/sending
was to me web based. Not the MTA part, which would be perhaps good old
sendmail and friends.
