What Network Driver in 2.6?

I am one more time trying to upgrade my gentoo system, the one I rely on 
day in, day out, to a 2.6 kernel.  I am past the kernel panic and 
everything seems to work except sound and the network card.  Sound I can 
do without.  I have:

Ethernet controller: Lite-On Communications Inc LNE100TX (rev 32).
       IRQ 9.
       Master Capable.  Latency=64.
       I/O at 0xd000 [0xd0ff].
       Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xdfffff00 [0xdfffffff].


In the 2.4 kernel, I use the tulip driver.  I have that compiled in to 
the 2.6 kernel, but it is not waking up the card.  What driver should I 
use for this particular ethernet card?
