The most painful part will be the SCO response.  Novell is unlikely to 
get to freeze SCO's cash, but SCO must answer.  The answer will be to 
admit to lying in court about IBM or lying in court about Novell.  Since 
it is the same judge for both cases, the judge will know about lying to 
the court.  One assumes that he will take a dim view of it.

I like groklaw's take, if the lawyers for SCO don't do a good job in the 
response, they may finish the case working for free.
