req for info

hi all

  Thinking of a new mobo and cpu, want to go with 64 bit cpu. All I have seen is AMD.

Is this a good one.
What mobo is best for this , I would like to have ability to use at least 4 gig memory

I have always liked asus mobo(s), is this still viable with 64 bit cpu today.

any & all suggestions appreciated.
