Using printserver hw under Linux?

I'm looking to put my printer on a print server like the Linksys EPSX3
EtherFast 10/100 3-port PrintServer
(http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000030067/ref=ord_cart_shr/103-5925026-9343057?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance)
I want any machine with any version of printing or OSes to be able to print
from this printer without the hassle of special configuration. Every time I
upgrade or change the OS/printing, I have to tweek all the systems. Not to
mention the need for Samba just to allow the Windoze box to print. I just
can't be bothered with this so I'd like a simpler solution (I'd rather fiddle
with other aspects of the network).
I've google/linux'ed and haven't found any compatibility info for these.
Anyone know of any printserver units that work well under Linux ?
TIA,
Susan
