At the risk of triggering flames (shields are up), I must say I disagree. W2K always took forever to boot. WinXP boots a lot quicker and has some nice usabiity enhancements like the ability to send files to a queue for the CD writer. Inexcusable, though, is the fact that IEP still lets all the popups come through. I've been trying to encourage my wife to use Mozilla instead.
