2.6 ready?

Wow,

Thanks Guys.  After all the great info, I took the plunge and put 2.6.5 on
my laptop.  I'm away training and was getting bored and grumpy over the
i830m chipset in this damned thing.  Can't get any decent resolution under
linux.  I thought maybe 2.6 had made some improvements as all the info
online was centered on DRI issues in 2.4.18 and 19.  But so far nothing on
the newer kernels anyway.

On a side point, anyone get an i830 video setup to work properly?  ie. get
agpgart to see more than 800k of video ram?
