moving the ftp port

I thought it was trivial.

I relocated the proftpd port from 21 to 5052, expecting ftp-data at port 
5051. I could login, but doing a `ls` would give no directory listing.

I've already opened port 5051-5052 at my firewall. The ftp client didn't 
use passive ftp mode. What else could be wrong?
