[dot] KDE 3.2.1 is Released

I just installed it via the binary rpms on kde.org made for Fedora.

It breaks the Redhat Menu system i.e. move the applnk folder from ~.kde/share/applnk-redhat back to it's default ~.kde/share/applnk but that is no big loss.

Seems to run a bit quicker but in comparison to xfce it's kind of tardy.

Switching between tasks on the task bar seems to require a bit more of an adamant press to get the focus to switch.(probably an option I haven't found yet)
