I was just scanning the latest issue of Debian Weekly News:

Look toward the bottom. There is now a problem with a "new, improved" 
Apache license. The Mozilla org is now trying to put silly limitations 
on packaging their stuff. Add this on top of the XFree86 license debacle.

I fear we're going to witness an implosion.
