So, are these companies being sued for using Caldera Linux products? Or for
not using them? Or for using UnixWare and then going to Linux? Or did they
have source that they used in a bad way? This is where I really think SCO is
crazy. It is one thing (although dumb) to sue a partner that did something
you disagree with. But to start suing former customers is really bad form.
Especially when it shows that SCO was not even able to keep them with Linux.
Meaning it was not so much UnixWare they did not like. It must have been
SCO. And if they did keep them with Linux, are they suing them for using
their own product?
