I am finding that if I relay mail straight from my own Box I frequently get mail returned due to
It being on a dynamic IP Range
The IP my mail server is on once being an OpenRelay
The remote server being setup to resolve RDNS and seeing the hostname my mail server has doesn't match rejects the mail.
The only solution I have found is to use the ISP's SMTP server as a smart_host, The ISP generally goes to the trouble of getting it's server removed from RBL's.
