compiling procmail-3.22

Anyone got experience compiling procmail-3.22?

I applied most of the changes specified by the procmail.spec of COL-3.1, 
  and still, the procmail-3.22 reported "couldn't unlock /tmp/procmail" 
errors. Already made the adjustment related to kernel locking.

COL-3.1 uses procmail-3.15.
