it's blowing up here on std++.so.3; i have just about every other 
version, including so.5. i'll fiddle with it at some point, though i've 
gotten to where i'd almost rather do html in a plain old text editor. 
both bluefish and quanta are a little idiosyncratic.

still, it would be nice to look at. why they don't put out a nice source 
tarball is a little puzzling, because i'd rather go that route anyway.
