Does sound like something someone would have done doesn't it?  If they
have though I'm not recognizing it.  A couple of evenings Googling
haven't turned up anything that does the whole job.

Rekall has potential for where I'm hoping to go with one of the
organizations I volunteer for, but with near-zero budget it's too
expensive for right now.
